With a background in journalism, storytelling is an integral part of Paige’s photography. While studying at UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, and having to take photos that would accompany her writing, she quickly gravitated towards her camera.
Her strength is in blending things together to make something new. Paige’s photography is described as bold, expressive, and creating a sense of optimism, as she often uses a saturated color palette, which gives eminence to her subjects’ vibrant energy and attire. Paige has photographed for Nike, ESPN, The New York Times, and The Photographic Journal.
In addition to her journalism degree, Paige has a Master’s of Fine Art degree in Photography from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from CSU Fresno. She is currently pursuing a Graphic Design Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension, and is expected to graduate in December 2023.
